Kann man sich eigentlich diskriminiert fühlen, wenn das Kriterium, anhand dessen ich diskriminiert werde, ein persönliches ist? Ist es dann möglich, dagegen zu klagen, damit nie wieder mir jemand zuruft, als sei ich der Balrog, „Du kannst nicht vorbei“?
